The time has come for the next issue, #4. I must admit, it is being created in pain. I give bands the opportunity to present their work for free, I demand nothing from anyone. A few understand the essence of the underground, but sadly I must say that most do not. Below I include a list of those who still have a long way to go before reaching professionalism.
