1. Hello, to start the interview, tell us what you do in the band, where are you from and what genre of metal do you play?

G: Hi, I'm Guayota, drummer and founding member of the Black/Death Metal band Muert, we're from Tenerife (Canary Islands), and I also introduce the songs during our live shows.

2. I listened to your albums, looked through the history of the band and Bloody Hell I am still confused who plays in the band. Can you explain it to us and me more clearly?

G: Of course. Muert’s hardcore are Ebola and me. We were some different bassist and live members through all this years.

3. Your bands from Spain accustomed us to fast playing, it's not Dissection, it's not Black Metal from Norway, it's not even my kind of playing or listening, but I admit that there's something in this madness, even rhythm. How do you perceive it? Why exactly in this way?

G: We perceived it as the natural evolution of the band, it be come more brutal and primitive along the way. Muert’s first album (Mysteriorum Prophanationis Sepulcralis) had a more personal Black Metal style, with classical lyrics of the genre. On the second album (Ahul Xaxo), we moved towards a Raw Black Metal sound, and started with the inclusion of lyrics about our aboriginal culture (Guanche) and his history. On the third one (Ye Canariae Abezan), it became a mix of Black, Thrash, and Death Metal, and including too, lyrics of the black legends about our archipelago. And in our latest album from 2022, the fourth one (Haeresis), we’re now focusing more on a Black Death Metal style.

4. Tell me about your lyrics, who writes them and where you get your inspiration from, and what comes first: the music or the lyrics, and what are they about?

G: Ebola and me write the lyrics. The only bassist who was enough time with us to contribute to the lyrics was Satur. In that case, always come first music, and after that, we adapt the lyrics.

5. Moving on to a different track: do you play in other projects and what is it like with the others from your band? and do you tour? if so, what is the reception from the fans?

G: Yeah, we do Tours, but at the moment, just with the regular bands: Muert & Cryfemal. The reception from the maniacs is always good! Not in vain we were playing 5 times in the USA, touring through Europe back in 2015, and in LATAM the last year.Yes, I have a several side projects, apart of both bands (Cryfemal & Muert). In Cryfemal I am drummer too, and I also introduce the songs during our live shows. This side projects are: Goat God (War Metal), Entierro (Finnish Death Metal) Nigra Eucharistia (Keller Raw Black Metal) & True Compromise (Youth Crew Hard Core) where I play drums and sing in all of them. Ebola had too their sólo projects, so it's not a problem between us.

Yeah, we do Tours, but at the moment, just with the regular bands: Muert & Cryfemal. The reception from the maniacs is always good! Not in vain we were playing 5 times in the USA, touring through Europe back in 2015, and in LATAM the last year.

6. A timely geopolitical question: what's going on in your country? There's a wave of protests rolling in. Does it affect music?

Our country right now is on da shit. A lot of corruption inside the leftist government. Uncontrolled immigration from Muslim countries, with violation of girls, robbery, and stabbing of people of here almost every day. And obviously our society is waking up, and getting angry against all that shit. Not too much, but for example, our last Barcelona gig was cancelled cuz the government of the hood where we gonna play, close the venue demand it the owner a new class of permission (which obviously he doesn't had), but the truth behind this is that they're fucking every small and medium enterprise to fall down their locals and build new homes for immigrants.

7. Thank you for your time: at the end of the interview, you have a moment for your fans, a message from the bottom of hell. Hit them with fire. Good luck!

G: First of all, thanks to you for your support and this interview.

If someone is interested in know more about the band, you'll find us on Facefukk, Instagram & Spotify (and a lot of live stuff and so on at YouTube). And if some gig promoter or similar wants to contact us for future shows, can do this on the mail: devil6of6the6mountain@gmail.com

Bestial Temple. 1. Hello, at the beginning of the interview, please introduce the lineup, the name of the band and what does the name mean to you?
* Hail, our current lineup consists of
Holocaust Predator of Evil (Hammers)
Abyss Executioner of Death(Vomits & Guitars)
Burner Antichrist(Bass).
The band's name is Bestial Temple. This name was influenced by several cult films from the 70s and 80s.
For us, 'Bestial Temple' represents a place of raw, primal energy in music.

2. First release of the EP "Antichist Victory" in March 2025. Question: why so late and have you played before?
* We postponed the release of 'Antichrist Victory' to ensure we could polish the sound and make it as raw as possible. Before the release date of "Antichrist Victory," we played a few shows, including Sacramentum, the band's first gig, and Horrid Days Festival.

3. Black Metal - why this particular genre of metal, why metal?
* We lean towards black metal, mainly because we like the dark atmosphere and rawness.

4. 5 songs! What are the songs about and what do they convey? What is the message?
* Mainly Bestial Temple's songs talk about Satanism and occultism. We reflect our vision against Christianity and religion.

5. You released "Antichrist Victory" on Serpent Soul Prod. - are you satisfied with the cooperation and will it be for a longer period?
* Of course, Serpent Soul Prod without a doubt. It's a label that's always loyal and steadfast in supporting the true underground in Mexico. We'll release some of our upcoming demos with Serpent Soul again.
6. Plans - are there any concerts coming up and will you attack Europe with your evil?
* At this time, we only have one confirmed date to open for Imprecation in Mexico City. We're also focused on producing Maldad and our upcoming releases. We're planning to play in Europe in 2026.

7. Your music scene - tell us about it and your path with metal.
* Currently, there are very few people in the scene who actually support the underground and attend concerts.

Very good bands have emerged, which we strongly support. The support between bands is reciprocal.
8. Thank you for your time. We wish you good luck. Last blasphemous words to the fans!
* Thank you so much for the space in this zine and for supporting the underground.
Greetings to the entire horde of maniacs, and may evil prevail.
