1.Hi Dominus, do you play or are you in the past in 15 groups.
where do you have the time and strength for this? (MORT, ULFARR - new albums).

Hails, I have been involved with a lot of bands over the years, but the majority are disbanded.
My main focus is now on Thy Dying Light, Nefarious Dusk, Whinlatter & Ulfarr.
I've always been a pretty busy person and dedicate a lot of my time to black metal, if it's recording music, supporting bands,  running my label, playing gigs or planning festivals for Darkness Over Cumbria. This is just how it's always been for me.

 2. You are the only one in N.D. now. Does anyone help you or stay there permanently?
Nefarious Dusk originally started out as a full band, but it didn't last long as the line-up was not compatible. During the demo days I recorded everything alone and later down the line I started involving other musicians to record EP's and albums. I've also had various live line-ups which included members of Andracca, Thy Dying Light, Abduction and  Blasfeme. I'm pretty pleased with the current line- up I have for Nefarious Dusk which will soon be announced publicly as we have two new members working with us.

3.Nefarious Dusk nothing has come out for a long time. Will this change soon and when?
I'm currently recording the third Nefarious Dusk album, which will most likely be ready by early or mid 2024.

4.10 years - 2 large albums and demos.
Why don't you focus only on one group and jump from one to the other?
This is basically what I'm starting to do now with only focusing on the four bands mentioned previously. In the past I'd just end up recording a lot of songs and working with various people which then turned into multiple projects.

5. Cumbria - what is the scene like there and to what extent does it develop towards the left hand?
There isn't really a scene within Cumbria to be honest.
Even though we have festivals like Darkness over Cumbria and Funeral Fest we can not rely on local support for this kind of thing.

6. I see a big nod in Darkthrone. What is the reason for this?
Darkthrone is what got me into playing black metal basically.
When I first heard Darkthrone that was the kind of black metal I wanted to create and play.
So, Nefarious Dusk is basically a 90's Darkthrone worship band.

7.Texts - your explanation and form of inspiration?
For Nefarious Dusk it's them early Darkthrone albums, that's what give me inspiration for this band.
Along with living in an isolated area surrounded by mountains, forests, lakes and history, it all goes hand in hand with what I do.

8.Covid - War (two) - how does it affect you?
Covid doesn't affect me personally, I've never given a fuck about it.
The only thing Covid has shown me is how pathetic humanity has really become.

9. Thank you for your time, the end is yours for the fans and hell.
Thank you to everyone who supports Nefarious Dusk and Cumbrian Black Metal.
Cheers!
